By signing up for Ascend Agents, you confirm that:

• You have a valid Facebook account and the necessary rights to manage any Facebook Pages you connect.
• You agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Facebook's Platform Policies, as Ascend Agents functions by integrating with Meta's official APIs.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account, including any messages sent by bots you activate or replies managed through the platform.

Ascend Agents operates on a subscription-based model:

• Users are required to pay for access according to their chosen subscription plan.
• Billing is processed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”), either monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
• We may offer free trials or promotional discounts from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable once the trial or promotional period ends.
• If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle.

When using Ascend Agents, you agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content.
• Use bots in ways that violate Meta's Platform Policies, including excessive automation or prohibited content.
• Attempt to exploit, misuse, or reverse-engineer the Service.

Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

• Ascend Agents temporarily stores Facebook Page messages to provide core functionality such as inbox management and automated replies.
• Stored messages are not shared, sold, or used for advertising or third-party purposes.
• Users retain full control over their data. If you disconnect your Facebook Page or delete your Ascend Agents account, all associated messages and data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we determine that:

• You have violated these Terms or Meta's Platform Policies.
• Your activity poses security, compliance, or reputational risks to Ascend Agents or our users.
• Payment for your subscription fails or is otherwise disputed.

Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

• Ascend Agents relies on Meta's APIs to function. If Facebook modifies, restricts, or discontinues its APIs, certain features of the Service may be limited or unavailable.
• While we strive for high uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, especially when dependent on third-party systems.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, API restrictions, or external changes beyond our control.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect:

• Service changes,
• Legal or regulatory requirements, or
• Business policies.

If significant updates occur, we will notify users via the platform or through official communication channels. Continued use of Ascend Agents after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
